Cancellation Policy
I understand that life is unpredictable and things happen. I will always try to be as fair as I can, with that being said, please understand that this is a business and is how I make a living.
Reschedules: if you are unable to make your appointment, and would like/need to reschedule, please contact me directly. I may have availability that is not listed on the booking site.
Cancellations: if you need to cancel your appointment, a 48 hour notice is required. Any appointments cancelled after the 48 hour mark will be charged 75% of the service. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service.
